SEEKERS


Seekers is our Sunday morning group for young people in their final year of primary school (year 6) and throughout secondary school.

​

We are a small group, averaging  3 young people, but very keen to welcome anyone new.

Most weeks we start by playing games or doing activities linked to a theme. Sometimes we follow this with a short discussion. Other times we read the bible passage and look at the background to the theme – leaving us to reflect through the rest of the week on the relevance for us in our everyday life at home, school or work.

 

There are often sweets or chocolate of some kind and we aim to cater for our dairy/gluten free members and leaders.

 

We use the 1849 room (behind the balcony, with big windows facing the front garden & road) and have some really comfy conservatory furniture that we "borrowed" from the vestry, and a TV/DVD for watching short videos (usually from YouTube).
